We are so incredibly grateful to all our clients and want to show our appreciation by doing more - so as we head into our 5th year of business, we’re expanding our client experience past closing day.
Our Client Hardship Fund is just one of the things we’re doing and the idea came about after such a crazy and tough 2020. If any of our clients are going through a hard time; say they lost a job or hours are cut - it’s meant for you. It’s to help pay your mortgage or not stress about the utilities that month.
How can people help? The best way to help is to refer your friends and family to Elite West! By choosing us to buy or sell, you're also helping our community as we give back to a local charity or organization at every closing.
Why did you decide to start this mission? We started the Client Hardship Fund as a way to continue helping our clients past closing day. We strive to continue being of service and creating value to the folks that trust us with their real estate endeavors and this is just one way we can show our gratitude.
Anything else you would like people to know? I would like to mention that any inquiries are 100% confidential and you can reach out to me directly or your agent, whichever is more comfortable for you. It’s a no judgement, no questions asked type of deal as we know life happens and it’s okay to ask for help. For every closing our office has in February, a portion of our commissions will be put into the fund, and then equally distributed between 2 clients in need.
Please reach out to your agent or Amanda for any questions or assistance (all inquiries are 100% confidential). We're here for you!
