Dave and Amanda are passionate about real estate and also have opposite strengths - the ideal combination in a REALTOR® team. In addition to the Zaddocks, the entire team of agents and admin staff will be working on your behalf. 

Dave brings his passion and knowledge for land, construction, finances and investing to the table. He’s all about the numbers. He knows the ins and outs of home construction plus the market and pricing knowledge to back it. He enjoys studying the MLS and can be found doing so for hours each day. 

What’s the market value? Is this a good investment? Are the bones good? How much would it cost to update the kitchen? He’s the go-to for these types of questions. You want Dave on your side.

Amanda on the other hand, will gladly spend all day (without taking a lunch) on marketing. First impressions are so critical for our seller clients and when it comes to anything visual, she’s your girl. This is vital when it comes to presenting your home so it sells faster and for the most money. From selecting paint colors and patterns, staging & styling, remodeling ideas and drawing floor plans - she’s the best for the job.
