Josh grew up in the hills of Eastern KY & TN where he spent a lot of his time trapping, fishing and chasing whitetails on the local farms. He also greatly enjoyed exploring the beautiful Smoky Mountains.
He was raised in a very tight knit and conservative Mennonite community where hard work and family values were ingrained from a very young age. He grew up working for his Dad in their family business, Yoder's Country Market, which is a retail food store specializing in foods from the Amish country as well as a full bakery & deli. He became the General Manager when he was 20 years old and eventually purchased the business in 2014. He and his brother continued to grow and expand the business into what has now become a popular destination in East TN.
Josh, his wife and young son decided to make a life change and move to Wyoming in 2020. Their love for wide open spaces, western culture and outdoor adventures is what lured them to the Bighorn Basin. When they're not working you can likely find them out hunting or exploring in the surrounding wilderness.
Aside from being a full-time real estate agent with Elite West Realty, he owns and operates Yoder's Donut Company, which is a popular food truck in the Cody/Powell area.
