Dave Zaddock is from the hard-working blue collar community of Romeo, Michigan, known for its famous peaches and abundant apple orchards; the kind of town where you know your neighbors and doors are rarely locked. After graduating from Romeo High in 2002 and attending Macomb Community College for Business Management, Dave moved to Powell, Wyoming where he spent the next 8 years traveling around the west managing people and complex wellbore situations for Baker Hughes Inc, a large oil services company.
Along with his wife, Amanda, he now co-owns and operates Elite West Realty. Dave holds himself to a high degree of integrity and sets the example he expects their agents to follow. Dave can often be heard to enthusiastically say, “If you’re gonna do it, do it right!”
Dave brings his passion and knowledge for land, construction, finances and investing to the table. He began buying and selling properties at a young age, flipping houses and acquiring farmland. He’s all about the numbers. He knows the ins and outs of home construction plus the market and pricing knowledge to back it. He enjoys studying the MLS and can be found doing so for hours each day.
